Our Peer Health Educators provide one-to-one support for questions regarding social wellbeing, academic challenges, mental health, physical health, sexual health, and substance use. Additionally, Peer Health Educators can refer you to a variety of on-campus and off-campus resources, tailored to your needs.

All appointments are free, confidential, and located within the private pod of the Student Wellness Centre. Appointments with a Peer Health Educator serve the purpose of providing short-term peer support and are not intended to be a substitute for therapy at the Student Counselling Centre.
